Adv. Ido Gavish is a Partner in the Commercial Department, and is leading the firm’s High- Tech practice.
Adv. Ido Gavish specializes in international commercial transactions, including a specific expertise in technology and commercialization of intellectual Property, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, joint ventures and securities law.
Prior to joining the firm, Adv. Ido Gavish served as a corporate counsel in Amdocs Limited (a global software company publicly traded on NASDAQ) for several years, and acquired extensive and unique experience in the area of international transactions, particularly in the field of Information Technology (IT) and Intellectual Property. As part of his role, Adv. Gavish represented Amdocs, in complex Mega deals, which included licensing of software components and execution of transformation projects, worldwide. In addition, Adv. Gavish advised Amdocs on the drafting of joint venture and cooperation agreements with partners and start-up companies, as well as, on compliance and regulatory aspects relating to its business activities, such as data protection and FCPA.
Prior to joining Amdocs, Adv. Gavish worked as a lawyer for several years in the law firm of Goldfarb, Seligman and Co. and gained substantial experience in representing clients in public offerings, in merger and acquisition transactions and in joint ventures agreements. In addition, Adv. Ido Gavish advised on corporate finance deals as well as on large variety of commercial transactions.
