The department provides services to public companies and bond companies throughout their entire life cycle, including initial public offerings (IPO) on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, capital and debt raising for traded companies, private allocations, mergers and acquisitions, debt settlement and delisting companies from the stock exchange.
The department offers consulting to public and other traded companies on matters relating to corporate governance, boards of directors and related committees, advising directors, compensation of senior officers, the relationship between the company and its stakeholders and controlling interests, and the various plans with regard to administrative enforcement.
In recent years the department has executed numerous bond issues, including an initial bond offering for a company involved in the area of sheltered housing, as well as debt settlements in which our firm represented different companies in these proceedings.
